Then you just let focusKONTROL run silently in the background of your computer. At set intervals focusKONTROL will remind you of your goals.
This program is also careful not to interrupt your work when it is displayed, but rather displayed in the background at YOUR predefined intervals.The messages appear a little like one of those instant messenger popups that tells you a friend has just logged on,but you can set at any position or change their look.
